so today, ashley and i decided to start a fitness plan of an hour of workouts today. not to lose weight, but to become fit. our goal is for a smaller waist, a rounder butt, and toned legs. we thought it would be relevant to post our progress on tumblr daily about our changing weights, how we feel, etc. then we can see over time how we’re changing. so to start off, i’m 104 pounds. and if this is helpful information, i’m 5’4 and a half. i’m not gonna set a goal weight, i’m just striving for outer bodily results. so this is what we did today:
warmup stretches
10 minutes of belly dancing exercises
10 laps running around our downstairs
5 laps of walking to cool down
5 laps running up & down the stairs, skipping 2 steps running up
20 sit ups
10 push ups
20 lunges
10 squats
10 fire hydrants on each leg
10 back kicks
that is going to be what out workouts consist of. we might raise the amounts as we get farther into the workouts. and once we get to the size we want, we’ll do less intense workouts to maintain our figures. that is all for the day :)
